    當前,我國糧食烘干機(烘干塔)市場處于發育期,由于社會保有量很低,各級政府補貼扶持力度持續加大,因而市場空間巨大,市場發展速度驚人。 目前,烘干機用戶多是糧食粗加工企業、種糧大戶、農業合作社等農村經濟合作組織。購買資金也多來自于各級政府財政補貼和政府項目,用戶自籌資金只占一少部分,甚至政府支持力度大的個別地區,用戶購機幾乎不用出錢。由于這些非市場化因素的存在,加上缺少政府與行業部門的有效監管,目前我國烘干機市場可謂魚龍混雜、亂象叢生。除進入市場較早的“三久”“一鳴”等民族品牌以及“金子”“山本”等進口品牌一直堅持高端高價,發展相對穩定外,后來蜂擁而入的多數品牌大多選擇低端低價戰略,使得烘干機市場競爭白熱化和復雜化。個別投機型廠商不惜“賠本賺吆喝”,甚至故弄玄虛、炒作概念,誤導消費者。筆者結合一些市場亂象談些個人見解,以期幫助廣大用戶走出誤區。 一、烘干時間過短未必就是高效 水稻等糧食作物干燥是一個非常復雜的量變過程,這是由谷物自身特性所決定的。專業技術人員所繪出的谷物水分蒸發過程所耗費時間的曲線幾乎與拋物線吻合。通俗地說,當谷物自身水分高達20%—30%時,平均每小時可下降1—2個百分點甚至更多的水分;當谷物自身水分下降至15%—20%時,平均每小時下降水分可能會在0.3%—1%之間;當谷物自身的水分在15%以下時,每個小時水分的蒸發量可能會更低。 正規的烘干機廠家為保證烘干谷物的質量,通過電子信息技術控制熱量來實現烘干機能夠按照上述拋物線漸次下降運行。如果一味追求烘干時間(俗稱“降水率”),則烘出來的糧食品質勢必會大大下降,不僅爆腰率、碎米率高,而且色澤渾濁,品相和營養價值也會受到影響。 二、使用成本未必取決于機器本身 使用成本更多取決于燃料成本,循環式烘干機的工作原理就是將熱能轉換成熱風,然后再通過熱風循環達到蒸發谷物水分的目的。 市場上常見的循環式烘干機基本上都可以與燃燒油料、天然氣、電、煤炭以及各種生物質的燃燒器相匹配,其使用成本更多地取決于所選擇的燃料,而非烘干機本身。即便是不同產品因自身結構設計、精密程度等原因而有所差異的話,其差異也微乎其微。用戶在選擇購買時,一定要多關注整機產品的設計結構和生產工藝等,切不可被個別無良廠商“忽悠”。 三、國產品牌未必都不如舶來品 由于我國基礎工業起步較晚,在機械產品整體性能上與國外品牌還有一定差距,但也并非樣樣都落后。 在谷物類烘干機行業,“金子”“山本”等日本品牌在水分儀、電控箱等部件上表現的確更加穩定,但“三久”“一鳴”等民族品牌在用料、做工上也毫不遜色,例如“一鳴”系列烘干機產品,一改業界傳統的攪龍式送糧方式,全球首創輸送帶送糧結構,不僅破解了谷物烘干過程中糧食破損率高的難題,而且憑借此項專利技術,給用戶帶來不小的實惠。按破損率降低兩個百分點算,每臺10噸烘干機每天烘干一倉糧食,即可減少損耗200公斤(價值大約500元)。 四、一味的低價位不等于高性價比 筆者曾對業內一些企業做過調研:平均每生產銷售一臺10噸烘干機,材料、設備購置成本4.8萬—5.2萬元,財務成本2500—3000元,稅收2500—3000元,生產制造成本6000元,銷售推廣費用每臺約5000元,售后三包費用約5000元,這些直接費用約6.9萬—7.4萬元。若再計算廠房、設備的折舊費攤銷及合理利潤等項目,即使不考慮研發費用,出廠價至少8萬—9萬元??墒?,市場上一些產品的終端售價卻遠遠低于這個價格,令人費解。依筆者分析,不是偷工減料,就是原本就打算放棄對用戶的服務承諾。對于廠家來說,這兩條道路都是不歸之路。
